Business Development Manager – Spain & Portugal (Remote)

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for travel technology? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in Spain and Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global travel tech company that offers a variety of tech solutions to travel industry partners worldwide.

About the Role :

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. Working closely with SDRs and the Customer Success team, you’ll build meaningful relationships, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue across both markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle with a consultative, solution-based approach
  • Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targets
  • Build trust-based relationships with prospects and clients
  • Present value-driven proposals and engaging product demos (virtual & in-person)
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in Spain & Portugal
  • Align with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience

Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in B2B sales within travel or travel tech businesses
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
