About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties include:

  1. Overseeing cash flow, forecasting, and fixed deposit placements to ensure liquidity and optimal returns.
  2. Managing banking relationships, credit card arrangements, and payment processes according to corporate policies.
  3. Ensuring compliance with financial directives, loan covenants, tax regulations, and insurance requirements through regular monitoring and reporting.
  4. Coordinating treasury activities, including cash positions, loans, and financial instruments, and reporting to senior management.
  5. Handling insurance renewals, claims, and broker communications to secure coverage and mitigate risks.
  6. Collaborating on budgeting, financial planning, and group projects to support strategic objectives.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in hotel finance, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong understanding of hotel financial operations like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  4. Experience managing banking relationships, treasury, and insurance policies, with knowledge of local tax regulations and VAT compliance.
  5. Fluency in English.
