Working in a clean, green and high-tech production environment, you’ll help build cutting-edge fastening and assembly systems for the innovations we rely on daily.

Role and responsibilities :

  • Be the first contact for customers and suppliers in incidents, coordinating solutions and follow-up until final closure.
  • Address customer queries and complaints with immediate responses and ongoing incident monitoring, maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure quality assurance of suppliers and support their continuous development to meet company objectives.
  • Prepare approval reports for new parts and participate in project activities up to PPAP dossier preparation.
  • Support the preparation of homologation and metrology reports.
  • Monitor projects at homologation level, oversee first samples, and manage metrology in the laboratory.

Education and experience

  • Technical Engineer qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards, ISO, and IATF standards.
  • Proficiency with Core Tools (PPAP, MSA, FMEA, R&R).
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling customer and supplier complaints.
  • Experience preparing PPAP documentation for Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs (VW, Ford, Stellantis).
  • Experience with VDA 6.3 audits.

Skills

  • Fluent in Catalan / Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • French and German skills are desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under stress and handle customer incidents effectively.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented.
