Cross Border Talents is currently searching for a Partner Engineering Support for one of our clients. The organization is an award-winning creative online, web, and mobile software development company based in Ireland, with offices in the United Kingdom and Spain. They have created some of the most recognizable websites in Ireland and beyond, serving sectors such as sports, publishing, FinTech, e-commerce, and others. As they expand, they seek a fully remote Partner Engineering Support to join their team and assist with their operations.

This role involves working closely with sales and technical teams to accelerate knowledge sharing, solution design, and integration efforts with external partners. The ideal candidate has broad technical skills and can facilitate both technical and business discussions, with a focus on Stripe solution architecture.

Responsibilities include :

  • Driving technical discussions with external partners.
  • Leading technical deep dives and providing materials to support partners' sales processes.
  • Developing business and strategic cases for partnership opportunities and building consensus.
  • Providing oversight and guidance during the sales process to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities.
  • Serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project teams, solving technical challenges, and building relationships with senior technical personnel within client organizations.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in architecture (application, technical, systems, integration), technical consulting, process re-engineering, or application delivery.
  • Experience with systems flows, data / business object modeling, use case, and UI prototyping.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and enthusiasm for building scalable applications.
  • Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and dispersed teams.
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
  • Competence in modern web application architecture and practices.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, both from a product feature and API perspective, and readiness for hands-on delivery.
  • Experience in finance or payments industry is a plus, as well as familiarity with CRM, ERP, eCommerce solutions.
  • Experience with Stripe is beneficial; training will be provided.
