Your role
As an employee Insurance Process Management and Compliance, you are working closely together with the Insurance Distribution Manager Benelux. You not only support the Insurance Distribution Manager in his work, but you are also responsible for various tasks within the insurance field yourself. This also means that you will have regular contact with colleagues at the HQ in Madrid and the insurance companies we work with. Especially with CNP Santander Insurance, a joint venture of CNP Assurances and Santander. Your duties and responsibilities
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts for both the Dutch and Belgium market:

Insurance Process Management:

• Ensure that all Insurance processes are in place and up to date
• Drawing up work instructions in cooperation with the departments involved in the insurance business, such as our Operations Department
• Implement new processes for new propositions in line with regulatory demands, internal guidelines and guidelines from the head office

Insurance Process Management:

• • Ensure that all Insurance processes are in place and up to date
  • Drawing up work instructions in cooperation with the departments involved in the insurance business, such as our Operations Department
  • Implement new processes for new propositions in line with regulatory demands, internal guidelines and guidelines from the head office

• • Ensure transparent sales and customer awareness in all sales channels.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Follow-up on requests from our HQ related to the topics mentioned above and ensure that action points are dealt with
  • Follow-up on requests from the insurance companies we work with, for example regarding Anti Money Laundering
  • Ensure the insurance activities are aligned with the HQ insurance team and reporting is done in line with HQ insurance requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the local insurance regulator

You have
Minimum 5 years of experience in the consumer finance business, with a focus on distribution of consumer finance or related insurance products through PoS and other sales channels, e.g. in a sales network function. Experience in an internationally orientated work environment is certainly a plus

• Results-driven and decision-oriented
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication, creative and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and products
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations (WFT)
• Minimum HBO work/ thinking level.
• Good fluency in Dutch and English both verbally and in writing.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
