We are looking for a passionate and dynamic PPM Panel Management! In this role, you will lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of supplier panels, ensuring alignment with our procurement strategy and company goals. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative strategies to recruit diverse panel members, define criteria for panel rationalization, and collaborate with procurement teams to implement significant changes. Additionally, you will be key in monitoring panel engagement and working closely with various departments and JV partners to optimize processes and achieve strategic goals. What You Will Do

  • Recruit Diverse Panel Members: Develop and implement strategies to recruit diverse panel members, ensuring the panel accurately represents the target demographics.
  • Facilitate Deployment: Work with GREF Strategy & Risk Managers and Convenience Managers to facilitate the deployment of panel strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting regular reviews, and adjusting the suppliers’ panel based on evolving business needs.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and present detailed reports on panel performance, data quality, and project outcomes to top management.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project phases.

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in panel management, procurement, or supplier optimization.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for panel recruitment and optimization.
  • Project management: Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects, with strong documentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: Effective communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and presentation skills for top management.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: Ability to foster a culture of feedback and adapt strategies based on evolving business needs.
