Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven marketing and customer experience services, is seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

Responsibilities

  1. Gain industry and market expertise through various projects, providing clients with benchmarking insights.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector and industry to contribute to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
  3. Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team, identifying when additional specialists are required.
  4. Implement mechanisms to identify and mitigate commercial risks during pre-sales.
  5. Interpret risks before project initiation and communicate findings to Operations.
  6. Engage directly in delivering services for complex, high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
  7. Develop new methodologies within the field to influence team work and improve outcomes.
  8. Evaluate implementation results against proposals, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  9. Act as a role model and manage team development as a People Lead.
  10. Establish and execute communication strategies to define team objectives clearly.
  11. Develop and manage talent, utilizing tools to achieve organizational goals.
  12. Conduct logical analyses, identify issues, and interpret relevant data to facilitate team coordination and progress.
  13. Support and motivate team members, fostering commitment to organizational and area objectives.
  14. Listen to team needs and collaborate with HR for career development.
  15. Participate in decision-making related to professional growth and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent vocational training.
  2. Strong skills in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  3. Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  4. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  5. Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of applications.
  6. Experience collaborating with business units and technology teams to enhance services and customer experience.
