Business Analyst API / Production support (BANCA)

We are hiring professionals with experience in the banking field:

Technical and/or functional knowledge of SCIB products is required.

As part of the API Governance area, your mission will be to support projects to ensure APIs comply with the standards defined in SCIB. During the API development lifecycle, you will participate in design and validation, taking responsibility for API validation and acceptance.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services or SCIB consulting (Markets, Banking, etc.).
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Experience requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, production support, or similar roles, preferably in financial or trading environments.
• Proven experience with SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tools (3+ years).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, process design, and business value delivery for financial applications, especially P&L.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing Control-M for job scheduling and workflow orchestration in production environments.

• Architect data models and software processes for P&L systems.
• Ensure all orchestrated processes are robust, monitored, and aligned with business needs.
• Focus on validation and quality assurance of all solutions.
• Provide ongoing project follow-up and tracking to ensure timely and effective delivery.
