What you will do :

• Create Impact for Our Clients : Collaborate with colleagues and clients worldwide to solve complex problems, conduct research, interviews, analyze data, and structure solutions on projects like IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO / CSO reorganizations.
• Client Assignments : Gather and interpret data, analyze, and present findings, taking ownership of deliverables to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Grow & Take Over Responsibility : Develop your analytical, interpersonal, and business skills from day one, contributing to client projects and internal initiatives.
• Support Sales Material and Proposal Development : Assist in creating sales materials, proposals, and supporting external communications and events.
• ALAIKA School : Learn and collaborate with top consultants in technology and financial services.

Your Profile :

• Outstanding degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) from a top-tier university or an exceptional track record outside of university.
• Up to one year of relevant full-time professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment like a top startup, strategy consulting, or investment banking / venture capital.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
