Job Description:

Aralia, a national company specialized in caring for and attending to dependent persons, as well as outsourcing services, is seeking a Residence Supervisor for a residence in Trillo (Guadalajara Province). Reporting directly to the Center's Management, the responsibilities include:

• Coordination, management, and organization of various residence services (dining, kitchen, laundry, cleaning, non-medical assistance).
• Ensuring the well-being of residents by organizing, coordinating, and supervising the work of the team.
• Overseeing the proper functioning of the facility in collaboration with maintenance staff.
• Managing staff schedules, work distribution, training, and support.
• Providing information and assistance to residents' families in collaboration with the Center Director.
• Ensuring the proper operation of the center through supervision and adherence to standards and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• University Degree, Vocational Training, or CP preferably related to the social field, such as Social Work, Auxiliary Nursing, Social Healthcare Assistance, or similar.
• Minimum experience of one year in social-health centers as Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor, managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership skills, teamwork, empathy, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in office tools like MS Excel and Word.
• Valuable knowledge of Resiplus software.
