• System monitoring to maximise energy production
• Management of subcontractors or internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections, and repairs
• Troubleshooting, maintenance works
• Problem solving, data analysis, reporting, yield reporting, and documentation
• Warranty tracking & spare parts management
• Ground maintenance management
• Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational
• Guaranteeing all obligations from existing service and maintenance contracts

• Overall operation and maintenance
• Responsibility for “own” plants
• System monitoring to maximise energy production
• Management of subcontractors or internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections, and repairs
• Troubleshooting, maintenance works
• Problem solving, data analysis, reporting, yield reporting, and documentation
• Warranty tracking & spare parts management
• Ground maintenance management
• Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational
• Guaranteeing all obligations from existing service and maintenance contracts

• Experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a strong hands-on mentality
• 3+ years Solar PV O&M experience on utility-scale solar projects
• Relevant qualification in electrical/mechanical or engineering discipline
• Certification for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and Sungrow is a plus
• High mobility, especially for international travel
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation
