Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A department. You will provide business partnering support to the global marketing and operations (sales & customer care) teams and analytical support to the global finance director. This is a high-profile role with direct access to key members of the senior management team.
Main Responsibilities And Functions
- Providing management with analysis and insight into the marketing and operations department’s performance across 3 brands of KLG group.
- Budget preparations and latest estimate forecasting for Marketing and Operations of 3 brands of KLG group.
- Monthly P&L preparation and analysis in conjunction with the marketing and operations teams to gain insight and information on performance.
- Detailed cost control of staff costs, with actual reconciliations by FTE compared to budget / estimations, and their correct allocation by department, entity, and market.
- Monthly accruals and allocations by marketing, entity, brand, and in local currencies.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- FP&A support through sales analysis and ad-hoc modeling.
- Adding value to decision-making by providing recommendations.
- Ad hoc analysis as requested and by own initiative.
Qualifications And Experience
- Prior 3 years experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling.
- Experience in staff costs control and marketing business partnering is highly desired.
- Proven ability in bringing numbers to life for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with a high level of data and advanced level of Excel.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure in changing and dynamic scenarios.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and drive.
- Strong technical accounting skills with an analytical and process-focused mind.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Quick to pick up and apply knowledge.
- Fluent English and Spanish are compulsory.
