Vacancy Details:

• Position: Coordinator of Safety and Health on-site in Madrid.
• Qualifications: Engineer / Technical Engineer / Architect / Technical Architect or equivalent (certified according to Royal Decree 1627/1997).
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Safety and Health Coordination.
• Availability: Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as per RD 1627/97.
• Coordinate construction activities to ensure contractors and subcontractors apply preventive principles responsibly and coherently.
• Approve safety and health plans prepared by contractors and review any modifications.
• Coordinate control actions and methods to ensure correct application of work procedures.
• Implement measures to restrict access to authorized personnel only.
• Prepare reports and manage documentation.
• Communicate with public administration technicians and contractors' workers.
• Verify the correct application of Safety and Health procedures on client sites.
• Company vehicle provided for site visits.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Work environment: Friendly atmosphere and job stability.
• Salary: €28,000 to €35,000 depending on experience.

Additional skills such as proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD are valued.
