RED GLOBAL - SAP RTR CONSULTANTS - REMOTE - EUROPE - 12 MONTHS+

On behalf of a key client partner, I am currently searching for multiple RTR Consultants to join a new S/4HANA transformation delivering to an Oil/Gas customer. Please find the details below:

Roles available:

• RTR Consultants

Start: July 2025

Location: Remote

Capacity: 5 days/week

End: 12 months+

Language: English

The customer is currently planning a template rollout across US and LATAM, followed by a rollout into Europe using a big bang approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

RTR Team Member - AP/AR/GL

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team for effective performance.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your team and across teams.
• Expert proficiency in SAP FI GL, SAP FI Accounts Payable, and SAP FI Accounts Receivable is required.

RTR Team Member - Product Costing

• Understand standard costing, actual costing, and material ledger.
• Have a solid grasp of integration between CO-PC, MM, PP, and FI modules.
• Possess analytical skills to interpret cost data and explain variances.

RTR Team Member - Real Estate/AA

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary contact.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage team effectiveness.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems applicable across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) is required.

RTR Team Member - PA, Controlling

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary contact.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage team effectiveness.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your team and across teams.
• Expert proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting and CO Profitability Analysis is required.
