Account Manager Localization and Fulfillment Description

The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between content partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing localization and fulfillment projects, handling administrative and financial tasks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

Project Coordination & Account Management

Manage fulfillment and subtitling projects from development to delivery.

Monitor project progress, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.

Oversee compliance with client specifications and quality standards.

Collaborate with QC teams to address content issues.

Work with international teams to facilitate global distribution and sales.

Support internal screenings, special events, and partner content deliveries.

Maintain project records, including costs and billing details, in the management platform.

Process credit memo requests and vendor payments.

Manage SAP orders, supplier costs, and invoice reception.

Prepare and manage client budgets and pricing strategies.

Conduct monthly follow-ups to identify upcoming projects and client needs.

Assist in client acquisition by expanding project scopes within Fulfillment and Access services.

Source new suppliers to enhance service offerings.

Technical & Operational Support

Ensure smooth content delivery adhering to technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a background in audiovisual, film production, fulfillment, or postproduction, and :

Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Aspera.

Business proficiency in English is required.
