About the position:

The Netskope Regional Sales Manager will join with the full support of the executive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of dominating their territory and a desire to impact the growth of a leading cloud security company. You will be an expert at mapping business solutions to complex security challenges and understanding the competitive landscape with a drive to increase market share.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals within the territory.
  • Develop an account strategy that leads to a well-executed sales effort in the assigned territory/accounts.
  • Focus on acquiring new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL / IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways, with a proven ability to grow a territory.
  • Exceptional record of consultative sales success with complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in F1000 accounts.
  • Consistent achievement of exceeding quotas year after year.
  • Reside in the target geography with established relationships with local enterprise customers.
  • Experience in establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships, with pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the territory being essential.
  • Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is required.
