What will you do?
- Play and test games thoroughly, identifying linguistic bugs and reporting them using bug databases.
- Communicate clearly in English across global teams.
- Work full-time, Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 am, onsite at our Madrid office.
What would you do at work?
- Ensure games and applications are linguistic bug-free for optimal user experience.
- Check in-game text for linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Follow Universally Speaking’s established LQA processes and standards.
- Use industry-standard bug databases to report issues and ensure bugs are fixed correctly.
- Own the bug fixing process, from reporting to verification.
- Become an LQA Expert across various projects and specializations.
- Create and execute test cases, supporting the entire project lifecycle.
- Participate in gathering testing requirements with developers.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the QA team effectively.

You are a great match if you :
- Are proficient in Thai and English.
- Have a passion for video games.

- Are comfortable with computers and MS Office Suite.
- Have the right to work in Spain (no sponsorship).
Additional desirable skills include:
- Experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
- Familiarity with LQA testing tools and CAT tools like MemoQ.
- Knowledge of the video game industry trends.
- Higher degree in linguistics (preferred but not essential).
We offer a fixed-term contract, training by on-site experts, onsite work at Madrid’s Alvento Business Park, and a salary between 17k-19k euros annually depending on experience.
