We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business within the existing customer base as well as acquiring new clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between Quest Software and 10 targeted accounts, as well as managing key verticals for sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business cross-sell.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Quest’s solutions through consultative selling.
- Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and services teams to meet client requirements.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and strategic account objectives (Company goal: AOP +20%).
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications include:
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to develop a region quickly using past experiences and networks.
- Experience in creating and executing territory plans and monitoring progress.
- Ability to develop relationships with local partners and define strategic action plans.
- Understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
- Experience managing complex sales across multiple products and business units.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
