About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our biologics sales strategy, with a strong focus on oncology and autoimmune diseases. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive market expansion, build relationships with key stakeholders, lead teams, and enhance patient access to innovative biologic therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in oncology and autoimmune biologics.
  2. Market Development: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive business expansion through targeted initiatives.
  3. Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement decision-makers.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial success.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align strategies with brand objectives.
  6. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with strong expertise in biologics, particularly within oncology and autoimmune disease markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and healthcare systems.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and drive strategic discussions.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and reimbursement pathways.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the biological pharmaceutical market in Spain.
