Provide technical assistance and support to clients on software and cloud-based products, including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.
Fluent in English (Native level); proficiency in additional languages (Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech) is a strong advantage.
Training or experience in IT technologies / products, with a focus on cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role is beneficial but not required.
Full-time position (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
Fully remote position within Spain, except for the islands. If you reside in Galicia, the role is hybrid.
