Are you ready to join the journey of Rituals? This role is all about taking our business control in Spain and Portugal to the next level. These regions have large ambitions to gain even more brand awareness and build an omni-channel brand and community. You will be part of the local management team, stationed in Barcelona, and will provide insights to our business partners in this region to support data driven decision making. You know how to advise your colleagues in a convincing way, and you will master the Plan & Control cycle of all Lines of Businesses in your markets. Your ultimately goal is to support a sustainable growth of Rituals in these markets. Also, as part of our Control & Analytics team stationed in our central head office in Amsterdam, you will be involved in cross-functional projects to enable our talented team to pro-actively navigate the business performance with data driven insights.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Senior business controller, you will report to the Head of Business Control Southern and Eastern Europe. You support our local market teams in to reach the Sales and Ebitda objectives. Being stationed in Barcelona, you will build partnerships with the Business and will pro-actively support your stakeholders in realizing their results. Being part of central Control & Analytics team, you will focus on turning data into actionable insights and work on transversal projects for the benefit of the entire team. Your role include:

  • Act as a business partner of our local market teams with planning, analysis and reporting their performance.
  • Execute the Plan & Control cycle, from accurate planning to insightful reporting.
  • Master the (Online) Store Sales & KPI's, the impact of Promotions, Events & Product launches on your region, and clear visibility on the expansion plan and performance. The Consumer Sales drivers will have no secrets from you.
  • Be an expert in giving P&L insights from Sales to Profitability for all Lines of Businesses: Retail, Digital, Wholesale and B2B.
  • Proactively deliver business analyses on sales and cost performance and link financial insights to our business strategies and operational execution.
  • Support with improvements for reporting, analytics, and processes.
Requisitos
  • Master’s degree in business economics related fields
  • 4-6 years of experience as a (sales or Business) Controller
  • Strong analytical, communicating and consulting skills
  • Work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail of FMCG experience preferable as you'll be concerned with store planning, targeting, new products and footprint expansion
  • Strong Spanish andEnglish verbal and written language skills are required.
