Job Description

lastminute.com group is seeking a SEM Account Manager.

The SEM Manager will plan, implement, and analyze Paid Performance Marketing campaigns across various brands and products, with a focus on SEM. She/he will align campaigns with marketing and business objectives using SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other Performance Marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own performance metrics for a specific market or product area.
  2. Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale successful tests to boost traffic.
  3. Deliver performance reports and insights, promoting new ideas and methods.
  4. Address and escalate campaign performance issues; perform regular optimizations.
  5. Manage accounts to meet targets, develop roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.
  6. Collaborate with IT to develop tools for automation, bid management, landing page optimization, and reporting.
  7. Establish and improve processes with automation solutions.
  8. Share knowledge through training and coaching.
  9. Follow Performance Marketing best practices consistently.
  10. Develop product knowledge as tools and products evolve.

Skills and Experience

  1. At least 4 years in Performance Marketing, with a focus on SEM preferred.
  2. Strong Excel skills for analyzing data from multiple sources.
  3. Dynamic, analytical, and data-driven approach.
  4. Ability to leverage data to influence marketing decisions.
  5. Experience managing large budgets for Paid Search campaigns.
  6. Knowledge of automated bidding (Google Ads, SearchAds360, etc.).
  7. Familiarity with MySQL, BigQuery.
  8. Experience with A/B testing tools.
