Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop data architecture roadmaps, defining scope, priorities, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
  • Create architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, ensuring security, license management, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for product innovation, driving quick wins and benefits.
  • Support testing phases, ensuring compliance, security, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor within Omega's communities of practice, fostering technical and business growth.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, such as Salesforce Technical Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, development, and project methodologies.
  • Experience as a solutions architect, contributing to strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proven track record in project lifecycle management with vendors and third parties.
  • Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and client needs.
  • Proficiency with core application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to enhance services and customer experience.
