Your Role
As RSB's Junior Finance & Administration Manager, reporting to the Legal & Operations Associate Director, you will support operations across finance, administration, and IT, contributing to RSB's growth as an international organization. Responsibilities include:
Finance (Priority)
- Assist the Finance Lead with accounts payable and receivable
- Financial closings and reporting
- Budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
- Reimbursement requests
- Coordination with accounting and auditing firms
Administration
- Coordinate with HR & Administration Manager on inquiries and information requests
- Support performance indicator reporting
- Collaborate on financial activities for programs
IT & Data Management
- Assist with IT strategy, workflows, and system integrations
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related systems
- Track IT equipment and depreciation
- Support data privacy compliance
Requirements
About You
Based in Spain, the UK, or Germany with relevant experience and a commitment to sustainability.
Required - Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international or NGO sectors
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders globally
- Valid work permit or citizenship for Spain, the UK, or Germany
