Product Owner

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner with experience in low-code platforms, particularly Appian, to lead the development and evolution of innovative applications. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that our Appian-based solutions meet both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Appian-based applications.

2. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements to ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, and designers, to translate business needs into functional specifications.

4. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized based on business value.

5. Collaborate with the development team throughout the Agile lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

6. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings to ensure smooth execution of development tasks.

7. Continuously monitor and optimize the product, incorporating feedback and data-driven insights.

8. Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements within the Appian framework.

9. Provide training and support to business users and internal teams on new features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in Agile software development environments.

2. Strong knowledge of Appian and low-code development methodologies.

3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or SAFe.

4. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

7. Experience in BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow automation is a plus.

8. Knowledge of API integrations, cloud environments, and enterprise applications is desirable.
