Job Title: Community Manager
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Responsible for:
- Developing and nurturing an engaged online community that strengthens the brand presence and fosters a positive digital environment.
- Supporting the Marketing Department with community-oriented strategies and excellent service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Education in Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Languages: English: Professional Level / Spanish: Professional Level
Highly valued other languages (French, German, Russian, Arabic)
Key tasks as follows:
Operation/ Web & Social Media
Act as a dynamic content creator for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Organize photo sessions and video recordings to generate appealing visual content for the community.
Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.
Plan and schedule informative posts, stories, and interactive campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Monitor and update web content to maintain a consistent and up-to-date digital presence.
Operation/ Graphic Design
Moderate online community interactions, ensuring a positive and active atmosphere.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across channels.
Compile feedback from community interactions to help guide brand improvements
Operation/ Influencers
Identify and build relationships with key industry influencers who can amplify community growth.
Manage, design, and execute collaborative influencer campaigns.
Establish and oversee agreements with influencers, measuring campaign success and impact.
Provide information as requested by the Finance Department regarding all activities related to community engagement and the digital marketing sphere.
People & Development
Develop a culture of excellence within the team Be part of a creating and nurturing philosophy throughout the business to ensure a great team spirit
Give frequent updates to the Management team of guest/customers profiles
Assist with marketing and sales events/activities on an ad hoc basis
Provide information and statistics activities realized
Be aware of and review all guestcustomers comments, both positive and negative, and where necessary advice on changes to avoid repetition
