Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities include:

  1. Achieve or exceed sales targets through distributors by conducting sales analysis, developing sales plans, and forecasting sales targets.
  2. Maintain, support, and coordinate with the sales area manager to improve the distributor system.
  3. Promote products through customer visits, maintain key customer relationships, and uphold the brand image.
  4. Organize and propose marketing activities, including participating in national marketing events.
  5. Gather and report marketing information related to sales and propose marketing solutions.
  6. Manage the regional sales team effectively.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Support the area sales manager in sales planning, analysis, distributor management, and achieving sales forecasts.
  2. Manage sales within the area via the distribution network, updating it as necessary.
  3. Enhance sales results through Value Selling and Strategic Selling approaches.
  4. Coordinate local marketing activities with distributors.
  5. Assist in technical service and application support to ensure distributor and end-user satisfaction.
  6. Report on market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities for increased market penetration.
  7. Build and manage an effective sales team in your territory, ensuring team qualification and adequacy.
  8. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
