About the role :

As a UX / UI Designer, your mission will be to craft digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and user-centered. You will be involved in the entire process—from user research to final design delivery—adopting a Mobile First approach grounded in usability, accessibility, and business impact.

This role focuses on designing with purpose, solving real problems, and elevating the standards of user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing digital experiences (web, apps, interactive displays) that are intuitive, functional, and visually engaging, from research to interface delivery, ensuring WCAG accessibility standards are met.
• Applying collaborative Design Thinking processes to identify user needs, develop creative solutions, and validate ideas through iterative testing and refinement.
• Building, documenting, and maintaining Design System components for consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
• Collaborating with Product, CRO, Development, and Marketing teams to realize ideas and develop impactful solutions that improve user experience and business performance.
• Continuously improving user journeys, design processes, and tools with a critical eye.
• Executing various UX processes such as user research (ethnographic studies, heatmaps, qualitative analytics), competitor benchmarking, wireframing, prototyping, mockups, and usability testing.
• Working closely with front-end developers to ensure precise implementation and contribute to usability and digital efficiency improvements.
• Promoting a user-centric mindset throughout projects, simplifying complexity into clarity.

Qualifications:

• A background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Audiovisual Communication, or similar, with additional training in UX / UI.
• 2–5 years of experience in UX / UI design for digital platforms (mobile, web, apps), preferably within agile frameworks and Design Thinking cultures.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Advanced skills in prototyping and wireframing.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
• Experience in user research methods including interviews, surveys, testing, and feedback analysis.
• Knowledge of building and maintaining Design Systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• A curious, forward-thinking mindset eager to explore AI-based design tools and automation solutions.
