Job Description & Summary

A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. We assist leading companies in originating, creating, executing, and realizing value from deals through data-driven insights, ensuring maximum value for our clients.

Our team supports buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyzing financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions to provide clients with peace of mind. PwC Deals helps clients raise capital, complete acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, bringing industry experience and international connections to deliver value across the deal spectrum.

With over 400 Transaction Services specialists in Spain, we combine financial, commercial, and operational insights to navigate the deal process efficiently. Our focus areas include:

• Financial due diligence projects for both acquirers and vendors, including private equity and corporate clients.
• Critical review of key value drivers and financial projections.
• Utilization of Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues.
• Supporting clients in price adjustments and analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2-3 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, financial reporting/controlling, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel.
