Working with other BSS / OSS Product Managers, this person will be a key contributor to the overall BSS / OSS product strategy with a focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functions, customer management, and onboarding / provisioning.

This role requires high operational management face-to-face with Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Business Operations, and Engineering teams across regions. Strong stewardship of digital transformation of our business support systems and new back-office services integration is essential.
What you will do
Responsibilities :
- Lead-to-cash processes including Product Catalog Management, Pricing, Supplier Cost management, Approval processes, and Provisioning.
- Experience with complex 3rd party Enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Vlocity, Siebel) and BSS system integrations, such as Order Decomposition, Provisioning, Product Catalog, Billing, and Rating.
- Discover, analyze, and document requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering to oversee new features and product delivery.
- Integrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics into planning.
What you will bring
Qualifications :
- Manage BSS Product roadmap, balancing internal and external customer needs with platform demands.
- Experience with back-office systems such as Salesforce, SFDC components / vendors (e.g., Vlocity), pricing and provisioning solutions, and billing systems like Oracle BRM, CSG, Amdocs, Zuora.
- Ability to identify business pain points, propose solutions, and translate into requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), Jira, Confluence.
Application requirements :
Required :
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years Product Management or Senior Business Analyst experience.
- Experience with BSS / OSS Digital Transformation programs.
Preferred :
- Masters in Computer Science or Business Management.
Skills & Experience :
- Proven track record in complex project delivery.
- Experience in requirements analysis and capturing.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills.
- Self-aware, confident, and eager to develop as a leader.
- Open to learning new technologies and methods.
- Experience in startups or large corporations demonstrating ambition.
