Main Responsibilities :

1. Identity and Attribute Management in Azure AD :

Update and maintain user attributes in Azure AD, including extension attributes.

• Verify and correct duplicate users by name and surname.
• Manage roles, locations, managers, and employee types (contractor, internal employee).
• Review and synchronize users and email accounts between Arca and Azure AD.

1. Access and License Control :

Activate or deactivate users according to their status in internal systems (Arca and Azure).

• Assign and review user licenses according to company policies.

1. Auditing and Review :

Review duplicate users by name and surname or with different IPNs.

• Validate that IPNs in different systems are correct.
• Ensure proper creation and association of email accounts in Arca and Azure.

1. Level 1 Support :

Respond to requests related to user access and permissions.

• Resolve basic authentication and accessibility issues.
• Escalate more complex incidents to the level 2 or higher team.

1. Documentation and Logging :

Maintain records of all actions performed in the system (event logs).

• Document processes and update user manuals as needed.

Technical Requirements :

• Experience managing Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of identity management and extension attributes.
• Basic experience with PowerShell for task automation.
• Ability to identify and resolve user access and permission issues.
• Understanding of licensing policies and security in Azure.
