Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
• Estimate effort and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
• Optimize application performance and identify technical risks with solutions.
• Coordinate with technology providers and document processes and system metrics.
• Validate solutions against business needs and train end users.
• Implement technological advancements and ensure quality standards.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Suggest methodological improvements and evaluate new products.

Knowledge / Experience

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and SDLC principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
