We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be fully responsible for the DACH market. You will propose solutions (via email and chat) to questions raised by our customers regarding payments, invoicing, account management, and our products by researching and explaining our services.
You will be part of our Customer Care team, guiding and helping users with any queries they might have and evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
