Senior EXPAT Project Manager The Spine (The Line)

The Project Director (PD) will serve as the contractor's representative in front of NEOM, establishing professional daily communication to report work progress and other relevant matters with NEOM and local authorities.

The PD will be dedicated full-time to this contract, based on-site, to ensure the achievement of NEOM's project goals throughout the contract execution.

The PD will organize and collaborate on the preparation of all project management plans.

He/she will coordinate the design, scheduling, and implementation of all work activities in accordance with contract requirements.

The PD will monitor work progress concerning cost, quality, and schedule, checking results and proposing or approving corrective measures in case of deviations.

The PD will be ultimately responsible for all project issues, which will be reported by team directors and communicated to the executive and senior committees, as well as to NEOM's representative.
