Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Service Overview

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely, high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams, and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns.

The role requires leveraging digital marketing expertise to consult with stakeholders, connect market plans with delivery capabilities, and ensure alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to build and execute campaigns according to global standards and client plans.
  • Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams.
  • Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to leverage other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and functions.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal DU service providers.
  • Facilitate communication between internal customers and DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.
  • Maintain adherence to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in project management, client management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to blend business and technical understanding to interpret requirements and develop solutions.
  • Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of email and SMS channels; Salesforce Marketing Cloud familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
