Job Description

Manage HR applications around SuccessFactors, including change management, testing, release, and lifecycle management.

Support the business by analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.

Maintain, optimize, and further develop SuccessFactors solutions.

Create functional descriptions for development and perform customization settings as part of projects.

Plan, develop, and implement adjustments and projects within the global SuccessFactors environment.

Manage subprojects and oversee project management of global and regional HR IT projects.

Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with HR applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical education in IT, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• 3 to 5 years of senior experience as an IT consultant for HR applications, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Experience in implementing projects and supporting SuccessFactors solutions.
• Proficiency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, or Talent modules) and SAP integration (Boomi).
• Independent, proactive, and committed working style, with good teamwork, communication skills, high customer and service orientation.
