Job Description:

Provide support for quality improvement projects within yogurt, fresh cheese, and dairy desserts by collaborating with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Quality/Food Safety, and Supply Chain teams. Work with multiple EU plants and functions to ensure consistent quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Support product quality improvements and sensory analysis efforts in the assigned category to enhance customer satisfaction. Offer proactive and reactive technical support to production teams to maintain optimal process efficiency.

Acquire knowledge in dairy/food chemistry and product science to enhance overall competency. Provide technical expertise and support on key projects, and contribute to technical training.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality using CI techniques such as SPC and MSA.

Identify workflow process improvements to detect potential issues and resolve routine problems effectively.

Conduct laboratory testing of incoming raw materials and outgoing products, record laboratory data, and assist in laboratory audits. Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as a user.

Collect data for validation activities in accordance with SOPs. Ensure accuracy of QC data and records.
