About The Job

MISSION

  • Handle several FA & MO / TA tasks delegated by LUX for Lux-domiciled vehicles launched by Spanish GPs.
  • Find two dedicated resources to ensure service delivery from Spain for both FA and TA daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage investor and capital transactions of Lux-domiciled funds according to GAAP (LUXGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP), including contributions, distributions, and investor reporting (notices, PCAP).
  • Set up investors, investor accounts, contacts, and share classes.
  • Account for capital operations and perform bank reconciliations related to cash flows.
  • Coordinate closely with the FA team on capital transactions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (others considered case-by-case).
  • Experience in Fund Administration and Middle Office, especially for closed-ended schemes, is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Depositary and Fund Administration routines is advantageous.
  • Language: Spanish proficiency required.
