International retail distribution group, currently in expansion phase, is looking for an HR Advisor for Spain.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Direct recruitment, development, and management of personnel in administration and payroll.
  • Manage payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of new work regulations for both the sales network and administration.
  • Contribute to creating remuneration and bonus regulations.
  • Implement new procedures in labor law and regulations.
  • Provide training related to labor law.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records, payroll documentation, employment contracts, and other documents.
  • Update internal databases (e.g., sick or maternity leave records).
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding guides.
  • Search for and implement new HR tools and solutions.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payments and bonuses.
  • Create reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, sick leave, holidays).
  • Collaborate with external partners like insurance and payroll vendors to ensure legal compliance.
  • Support departments with documentation related to hiring and termination processes.
  • Assist departments such as finance, marketing, expansion, investment, e-commerce, and administration with recruitment.
  • Support managers in resolving personnel issues.
  • Build a positive employer image among office employees.
  • Foster positive interpersonal relationships among office staff.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits to ensure internal equity, compliance, and benefits fulfillment.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience in the retail sector performing HR functions.
  • Training in Law, Labor Relations, or similar fields.
  • C1 level of English proficiency.
