Relationship management for Spanish Clients. Client Business Support Department in Wealth & Management applications (Alto Wealth).
Ensure the technical operational support of production systems, resolving incidents, managing integrations, and designing data correction plans to maintain the integrity and availability of business information. Key responsibilities include :
- Monitoring and Support : Ensure the stable operation of critical production systems, addressing second-level incidents within established SLAs.
- User Management : Identify and resolve user issues, monitor and map role consistency through Keycloak.
- Data Correction Plans : Design and implement data correction plans in the database, ensuring traceability and change control.
- Release Management : Plan and test releases in PPR environments to validate functionality and performance before deployment.
- Collaboration : Participate actively in meetings with IT for incident follow-up and process improvements, including daily meetings with Clients or Amundi support teams.

- Experience with Postman for API / REST testing.
- Understanding of integrations and data flows (APIs, queues).
Languages
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is desirable for supporting Spanish clients.
