About The Role

Product managers at Printful & Printify drive product vision and strategy, delivering high-value solutions for merchants and print providers. They bridge technical and business teams, working with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and business leaders to develop and execute products.

As a Product Manager, you will shape and execute the vision for Embedded Products and Snow Commerce apps.

Embedded Products enable large enterprise customers to design and sell print products seamlessly within their platforms. Your focus will be on growing this product with new and existing customers, collaborating with teams on design, discovery, and publishing features.

Snow Commerce, a Printful subsidiary, manages e-commerce platforms for brands like Paramount and Netflix. Your role involves building internal tools for product publishing and order processing across managed stores.

The ideal candidate has experience with user-facing products and internal tools for diverse internal customers.

Your Daily Tasks will include :

  • Product Strategy : Define and execute a multi-year vision, balancing short- and long-term goals aligned with company and market trends. Drive significant opportunities to production independently.
  • Market Research : Conduct market, user, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, informing strategies and roadmaps.
  • User-centric Design : Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces that improve merchant experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead teams of designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver products on time.
  • Feature Development : Prioritize features based on customer feedback, data insights, and business goals.
  • Performance Tracking : Establish KPIs, monitor, analyze, and report on product performance.
  • Customer Engagement : Drive strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • User Testing and Feedback : Conduct testing, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces.
  • Passion for solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Excellent team player with high energy, thriving in fast-paced environments.
