FUNDAE Consultant (Spain-Based)

We’re a global training provider expanding our client base in Spain, and we’re receiving increasing interest from clients who want to leverage FUNDAE – the Spanish government program that subsidizes employee training.

We’re seeking a Spain-based FUNDAE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise our internal team on how to best support clients who are pursuing subsidies through FUNDAE.

Responsibilities :

• Explain FUNDAE's requirements and documentation processes
• Clarify what we, as a training provider, can and cannot do
• Recommend best practices for helping clients manage their own applications
• Optional) Assist in preparing a short one-page FAQ or summary for clients

Required Skills :

• In-depth knowledge of FUNDAE’s policies and government procedures
• Experience supporting corporate clients or training providers
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory language
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Based in Spain and fluent in Spanish

Compensation :

• Ideally project-based, but we’re open to hourly rates between €25–€40 / hour depending on experience
