Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

Responsibilities

  • Gain industry and market expertise through participation in various projects, providing clients with a benchmark perspective.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Analytics sector to contribute to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team, involving specialists from other service lines when necessary.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during pre-sales.
  • Analyze and communicate risks before project initiation to Operations.
  • Deliver services for complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
  • Develop new methodologies to improve team outcomes and impact work quality.
  • Evaluate implementation results, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a role model and manage team development as a People Lead.
  • Establish and communicate team objectives effectively.
  • Manage talent within the team, utilizing tools to enhance organizational goals.
  • Conduct analyses, identify issues, and facilitate data sharing and coordination within the team.
  • Support and motivate team members, fostering commitment to organizational objectives.
  • Listen to team members' needs and collaborate with HR for career development.
  • Participate in decision-making related to professional growth and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong skills in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • Minimum of 5 years in similar roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to improve services and customer experience.
