As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction by preparing markets in specific Spanish regions, providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems and market landscapes, as well as monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Propose market access strategies for regions aligned with local and global strategies, considering current health environments and regulations, including hospital and regional access conditions.
  2. Collect and analyze relevant data to develop local/regional patient access strategies aligned with overall company strategy.
  3. Prepare regions and hospitals for product launches by implementing validated market access strategies and submitting relevant value dossiers.
  4. Coordinate access negotiations, ensure timely submissions to authorities, and develop advocacy plans with stakeholder engagement.
  5. Develop proposals for regional access to Menarini Stemline's products and coordinate with the team to establish or adjust value & market access strategies.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting regional reimbursement dossiers, ensuring vigilance on environmental and competitive information impacting market access.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline’s values and coordinating with medical and commercial teams.

Skills & Experience

  • University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and postgraduate qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-intensity market access role within MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Ability to review data, analyze opportunities and challenges, and proactively anticipate issues.
  • Knowledge of local market access environments and the Spanish health system across different regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement regional strategies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders across Spain’s regions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Spanish; proficiency in English is valuable.
  • Understanding of commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions relevant to patient access.
