The Role :

The Regional Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to the EMEA region. You will work closely with the global performance marketing team, local & global sales, and stakeholders to execute targeted campaigns, optimize digital channels, and drive high-value engagement with key accounts.

This role is focused on the EMEA region. Applicants must be fluent in English and one of the following: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Fluency in German is preferred. Residing in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Norway, or Poland is required, with a preference for Germany or Austria.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Understand global marketing / GTM strategy and adapt it for the EMEA region. Execute across ABM, Social, Email, and Content campaigns.
  • Develop multi-channel B2B campaigns, optimizing digital spend for lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and account engagement.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Create and optimize regional landing pages that resonate with target groups.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to regional leadership and the global digital marketing team.

Key Qualifications :

  • 3–5+ years in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience in running digital campaigns such as paid media, social, email, content, and ABM campaigns
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms like 6sense
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, with experience aligning marketing with sales
  • Fluent in English and one of the following: German, French, Italian, or Spanish; German fluency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
