Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.

As part of the global presales team, you will support the sales organization in achieving sales targets, managing accounts, penetrating new markets, and acquiring new customers.

You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the accounts, including product presentation, upselling new features and technologies, creating technical solution descriptions, proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc in a technical field
  • 3-5 years of presales experience in the Mobile Telecom industry
  • Proven experience leading RFPs
  • Experience working for a software product company
  • Telecom network background is essential
  • Knowledge of mobile data, IP, and telecommunications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Dynamic personality with business acumen, motivation, and team spirit
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel extensively

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales processes technically and commercially, including initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and present products
  • Understand customer needs and create solutions, including upsells and new opportunities
  • Manage RFX responses, ensuring coherence and suitability to customer needs, and defend responses
  • Provide detailed specifications and scope of work for customer requests
  • Manage trials and PoCs, defining scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences as required
  • Gather information on customer requirements and market conditions to enable new sales opportunities
