Our customer is a leading provider in pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising, partnering with over 3000 ecommerce brands. The company is commercially active in 40 countries, with its head office in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns by re-engaging visitors who have left their website. It enhances online shopping experiences by bringing the measurable, scalable, CPC-based performance of search advertising to display advertising, driven by user intent. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads and retargeted banners, leading to better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  • Knowledge of the lead-to-cash process
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)

Higher Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects
  • Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in line with product and tech roadmaps
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  • Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
