Position: Bereichsleiter Gartenunterhalt (Vollzeit, m/w)

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training (EFZ) in the green industry after initial training
• Good plant knowledge
• Strong leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, quality-conscious, and punctual
• Enjoys customer contact and possibly has marketing training

Responsibilities

• Consultations and client meetings
• Customer support from initial contact to billing (Sorba Maintenance Program)
• Preparing work documents and planning for maintenance teams
• Material and goods orders, organizing external services
• Purchasing and handling plants
• Analyzing reports and delivery notes
• Leading multiple maintenance teams
• Acquiring new customers and contracts
