Location: Prilly, Switzerland

Role Overview: As Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of the Threat Intelligence team within the Group Security & Cyber Office, tasked to protect SICPA from both internal and external threats. The Threat Intelligence Specialist keeps up with the continuous change of the threat landscape and associated risks, working to prevent, detect, analyze, and track current and emerging cyber and physical threats.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct intelligence investigations and threat assessments on demand, following the intelligence cycle.
2. Conduct security background checks for new employees worldwide.
3. Lead and manage the security awareness program for employees worldwide.
4. Collaborate with all security stakeholders for internal training and communication needs.
5. Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including local HR and security contacts) as well as external partners.
6. Produce and provide clear and concise intelligence reports.
7. Define and track KPIs and maintain optimized statistics regarding the impact and success of the programs.
8. Support all security programs and activities when needed.

Profile:

1. 5 years of experience in an intelligence or security, fast-paced environment.
2. Master’s Degree in intelligence, security, criminology, psychology, or similar.
3. Experience in leading investigations and managing research projects.
4. Experience in conducting risk assessments, data analysis, and applying assessment models.
5. Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity and/or geopolitics are a plus.
6. Advanced research, analytical, and writing skills.
7. Strong organizational and planning skills.
8. Solution-oriented and resourceful; strives for continuous improvement.
9. Dynamic and flexible team player and multitasker – open to support other team members’ activities and prioritize urgent tasks.
10. Full English proficiency is a must. French, Spanish, or German are a plus.
11. Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365.
