As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute to team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in CRM Applications is required. Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management, and Build Management are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

• Language skills: English B2 (mandatory), German is optional
• Work location: Switzerland - Zürich - 100% remote with the flexibility to work onsite on need/request.

Candidate’s Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Dynamics 365 certification
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
